Lavender Bee’s Knees

Sometimes you just need to mix it up! Try this delicious lavender cocktail, with honey, lavender, lemon, and gin. Let us know what you think in the comment section below!

What you’ll need:

• 1 tsp Honey
• 1 oz Lavender simple syrup *Try our Lavender simple syrup
• 1 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 oz Gin
• 1 Sprig of Lavender and/or flowers for garnish

Instructions:

• Add the gin and honey into a shaker and stir to dissolve the honey.
• Add in the remaining ingredients.
• Fill shaker with ice.
• Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe.
• Garnish with a sprig of Lavender.
